Shipping and our Products:
Natural and nearly natural products
are susceptible to high temperatures.
Items such as lotion bars and bath
melts will liquify when hot.
They may not arrive in the exact condition that they were shipped.
If they are soft or liquidly, simply put
them in the fridge or in a cool place and
they will re-solidify. The quality
of the product will not be affected.
Soaps bars also react in heat and humid air. Because they contain natural glycerin, they may sweat in the wrapper. Simply remove them from the wrapping and let them air dry. Store them with our wrapping of any kind. This is the best way to keep natural soaps.
