"Coal Smooth" ...this is a moisture rich lotion like our regular smooth but we have added lots of amazing charcoal to the mix! Charcoal is a greatly under estimated, natural ingredient. It efficiently absorbs dirt & oils. It readily draws out poisons & toxins from bug bites, contact with irritating plants & any injuries that experience swelling from fluid build up. Coal Smooth even helps draw out hard to reach splinters. It is a little messy but it's healing properties make it worth it! Coal Smooth will last up to one year if stored in a cool place out of sunlight. We think it is a great item to keep handy...just in case!
